30 days, no questions asked

If it doesn't work for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. It doesn't need to be unworn — try it on the job, that's the whole point. Just tell us it wasn't right for you.

How to start a return

Email hello@lesterlids.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in that case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
